The Creative Process
Creating a new website or redesigning your current one can be an overwhelming task. In order to simplify things, we have broken the creative process down to six steps.
Step 1: Knowledge
During the knowledge step, we will collect information about your current website, your customers, your company’s mission, and what you hope to achieve with the new website.
Step 2: Layout & Design
Once we have a better understanding of your business, the design work begins. Based on the information provided, we will create a design and send it to you for review. The design is worked on until you are 100% satisfied and love the way it looks! We will then collect from you, or create if required, all of the content necessary to finish the website including all text and images.
Step 3: Implementation
Now that we have a final design and the content we can begin building the actual website. The implementation step consists of creating the content management system, any additional features and integrating the final design. This step is where the website comes to life and you can start using all the features.
Step 4: Feedback
Now that the website is ready we want to hear your final feedback. If there is anything that needs tweaking we will make changes before the site goes live.
Step 5: Launch & Training
The new site is ready to be shown to the world! In the launch and training step, the website is published live for customers to see. Training is available to learn how to use the new content management system so you can make changes to the website content without knowledge of web coding.
Step 6: Website Maintenance
A maintenance plan is recommended to keep your website’s safe, secure and up-to-date.
Website Design
Every company and website requirements are different and your package will be customized for your company. The packages below serve as a reference guide for you to get an idea of the appropriate website features. Additional features and functionality may be added upon request. Development fees begin at $2500 and are based on your requirements.
Small Business
The Small Business package is great for startups, small businesses, and entrepreneurs that need a professional informational website to display their services and give customers a way to contact them online. This package includes:

If you need, we will set-up and configure a third-party web-hosting account for you. This service is included in our website design package.

A maintenance plan is recommended to keep your website’s safe, secure and up-to-date. We offer a wide range of maintenance functions to keep your website healthy and productive. Here are a few example maintenance plans. A 15% discount is available for 12 months prepaid.
